And now the Comm-nosticator’s predictions for week 2:

Renegades (-1) vs. Dumbbums
The 'Bums scored only 39 points last week, their lowest total since 2019. Some of that was Aaron Rodgers lasting only 4 plays but there were also two other zeros in the starting lineup. Things won't be that bad in W2, but the Renegades should pick up their first win easily.

Predacons (-1/2) vs. Phys. Ed. Phenoms
This one is really even across the board. It will be fun to watch two AFC North QBs in their head-to-head matchup, but the game will come down to a comeback attempt by the Steelers' D on MNF.

Baltimorons (-1) vs. Yuengling Brewers
The Brew Crew kicked off their title defense with a loss last week, and they really need Kelce back to prevent starting 0-2. Meanwhile the 'Morons are on a 7 game losing streak and another one here would put them on the Records page. Hurts won't let that happen.

Spiked Vipers (-1/2) vs. Lightning
It's really a coin flip here. SpiVi sits atop the league after their victory last week but the Bolts are also 1-0 (even they had the lowest score of all the winning teams last week). Still, a good showing by Mahomes could make the Vipers nervous for their prime time comeback bid.

the HAW (-1/2) vs. Stiletto Stompers
Coach HAW led his team to victory last week and tied for the highest score. And that was all while their starting QB was terrible. If Josh Allen returns to form this might be a tough one for the Stompers to win, but they'll definitely need a good showing tonight for a shot at win number two.

And the game of the week...

Marauders (-1/2) vs. Misfits, Inc.
Their records might not show it, but these teams were only two points apart last week. Now the'll battle for what will likely be the early division lead. The winner won't be decided until we watch a combined six players (five of them Marauders) in the night games.

Good luck this week.
